Drop an image or a PDF here, tap Open a file, or paste a
screenshot. It stays on screen with the timer running above it,
and you can zoom and drag it around with your fingers.

Someone shared a schedule with you
Loading it replaces the schedule on
this computer. Everything else, your colors, sounds and activities,
is left alone.
Schedules
runs on
Here is the day you described. Times are rarely all the same, so
change any that are off, rename them, and delete what you do not
need.
Your classes
Agenda boxes
Each box shows on the board while that class is
running, and stays up during activities. A box with a label but
no text stays here and shows the class nothing, so you can leave
the labels in place and only retype what changes.
Who is in each class
Paste a column straight out of your gradebook and it
will sort itself out. Names stay on this computer, and they are not
included when you share a schedule.

Share your schedule
Emails your bell schedule to a colleague - one click on
their end sets them up. It carries the schedule only, not your
colors or sounds. Tell them to check spam if it does not show up.

Walks you through your schedule, then the
activities, pacing, look and sound, and a backup code. Skip any
part of it.
Written guide
1. Classes
Name your schedule and check the days it runs in the box
at the top.
Add every block. Lunch, conference and PLC all need a row
so the timer knows what is happening at that hour.
Name each row and set its times. The ×
deletes a row. Times cannot overlap, and a red warning names any
two that do.
Check Class on the ones you teach. Leave it unchecked for
a break, which just counts down to the bell.
Press Set up on a class for its agenda and stages.
Flex time is whatever minutes you did not hand to a
stage. It waits at the end of the class instead of quietly
padding a stage, so you decide what to do with it.
Chime plays once as a stage starts. Alarm keeps
ringing until you press Stop, for a stage nobody should sail
past. Uncheck both for silence. Each stage is set on its own, so
an alarm on 3rd period does not touch any other class.
Back stage, −1 min, +1 min and
Next stage fix the stage you are on right now, for today
only. Back stage returns to the one before it; the minute
buttons take from flex time first, then borrow from the next
stage. Tomorrow starts clean.
2. Backup
Be sure to back up your schedule. Your data lives in the
browser, so if you delete browsing data or change computers you'd
need to set it up all over again.
Copy the code and email it to yourself. Paste it back on any
computer to get everything exactly as it was.
Schedules
More than one schedule can run on the same day and they
combine, so tutoring or a club goes in its own schedule with only
the days it meets checked. A day with nothing checked shows no
classes.
Lesson
Puts a page on the board. Drop in an image or PDF, press
Open a file, or paste a screenshot. On Windows, Win and
Shift and S grabs part of the screen and Ctrl and V drops it
here.
Pinch to zoom, drag to move, Fit to reset,
Rotate for a sideways photo.
PDFs need internet the first time you open one. Nothing you
open is uploaded or saved.
Contact me
Please feel free to email me about anything related to
the website. This is a new website and I’m looking to make
improvements. I would love any kind of feedback!
I built this for my own classroom, and it turned out
good enough to share. I have no plans to monetize this, because
that’s honestly why I made it in the first place, because
everything decent was behind a subscription paywall.
To be clear about one thing: this site is free, but
it isn’t public domain. Please don’t rehost it, sell
it, or wrap it in something paid. If you want to use any of it
somewhere else, just email me — I’ll almost certainly
say yes.
If you like it and want to
support me, I’d really appreciate you buying me a coffee. If
this becomes popular enough, I can start adding more features.
I’ve always wanted to build an all-in-one website that gives
teachers everything they need for classroom management. Thanks.
